Pets Welcome!
For cat owners, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 pet cat, along with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per cat. These charges are applied on a per pet basis, ensuring that all your cherished feline companions are included in the pricing structure.
For dog owners, in accordance with our weight restriction policy, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 per dog, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog. Just like with cats, these fees are assessed individually for each dog, guaranteeing that all your beloved pups are taken into account when calculating your pet-related expenses.
We understand that your pets are an integral part of your life, and our pet-friendly policies reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming environment for them. Please keep in mind that the pet fees for both cats and dogs are non-refundable, demonstrating our dedication to maintaining a clean and comfortable living space for all residents and their pets. Rest assured that your furry friends will be well-cared-for members of our community.
